Uniguest Inc. is seeking an Onsite Patient Support Technician to join our field operations team in Oceanside, NY.

You will assist patients and hospital staff with bedside TV systems and related technology, perform basic troubleshooting, and replace or repair equipment in patient rooms. The role requires travel to assigned hospital locations, lifting up to 50 pounds, and passing hospital onboarding requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel to assigned hospital locations.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and climb a 6-foot ladder.
• Must meet hospital onboarding requirements, including required immunizations, health screenings, and COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and hospital staff.
• Help patients navigate and use bedside TVs and interactive technology.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and resolve complex problems with teammates.
• Replace equipment such as TVs, pillow speakers, phones, and other patient-room devices.
• Perform light maintenance to keep systems operating smoothly.
• Complete basic computer documentation and service records accurately.
• Help ensure every patient has a positive technology experience during their hospital stay.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring
