The Patient Transporter moves patients and items—lab specimens, x-rays, medical records—through the campus, with Monday–Friday noon to 10:30 pm shifts (4 x 10 hours) and no weekends. Required: High School Diploma or GED; Basic Cardiovascular Life Support and CPR/AED certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED and Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transports and lifts non-ambulatory patients, x-rays, medical records, specimens and other deliveries across the hospital campus.
• Keeps equipment clean and functional.
• Completes assigned tasks within department expectations.
