You may monitor entrances, guide patients and families, access hospital systems, and answer phones to provide information to staff and patients. High-quality communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to use hospital software to obtain information.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Move patients and equipment throughout Froedtert Hospital.
• Keep corridors obstruction-free and disinfect equipment per regulations.
• Monitor designated entrances and provide directions.
• Access hospital systems and answer calls to provide information to staff and patients.
