The full-time schedule runs days 11:00 am to 7:30 pm. Prior healthcare experience is preferred, with a competitive $16.00 per hour pay and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Properly and safely transports patients, secures IVs, drainage tubes, etc., and secures patient.
• Uses wheelchairs and other approved rolling stock to carry out duties.
• Demonstrates competency in transporting all age groups.
• Transports patients to their destination using proper equipment.
• Communicates effectively with nursing staff and other personnel.
• Maintains patient comfort and confidentiality while adhering to HIPAA policies.
• Alerts nursing staff to patient distress or equipment malfunction.
• Maintains and reports equipment needing repairs.
