McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center is hiring a PRN Transporter for the Department of Diagnostic Imaging. The role involves moving patients between the DI Department and other hospital areas, performing routine cleaning of transport equipment, and handling clerical tasks as assigned.

Under supervision of on-duty technologists, you will work flexible 10-hour shifts including late evenings and weekends, with a focus on teamwork and patient safety.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Transports patients between the DI department and other hospital areas under the supervision of the DI Director.
• Performs general cleaning, including sanitizing transport equipment after each use.
• Performs clerical duties in the Department and assists with stocking supplies.
• Works under the direct supervision of on-duty technologists when management is not present.

Conhecimentos

Reading & writing English

BLS certification

Health-field experience

CNA training (preferred)
