Job summary

Frankfort Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is hiring a Patient Transporter to support the smooth operation of the medical center.

You will respond to transport requests, move patients between beds, stretchers, or wheelchairs, and assist with equipment like IV poles and oxygen lines. You will also keep transport gear clean and ready for use, with BLS required within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• No travel required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transport requests by communicating with patients and family.
• Move patients to bed, stretcher, or wheelchair with or without staff assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of stretchers, wheelchairs, oxygen cylinders, and related equipment.
