Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and deliver patients to/from medical facilities.

• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity during transport; monitor emergencies.
• Perform routine vehicle checks, keep vehicles clean, report issues.
• Maintain records of transport times, mileage, and patient details.
• Coordinate with healthcare staff and scheduling about transport needs.
• Follow HIPAA rules and facility protocols.
• Know local routes and traffic patterns.
• Work flexible schedules including nights/weekends.
