Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated patient transport aide to assist residents with loading and unloading from facility vehicles and accompany them to medical appointments and activities. You will help maintain vehicle readiness and ensure safety and comfort during transport.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, CNA training, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Training in safe transfer techniques is required, with adherence to background checks and drug

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No traffic crimes in the last 7 years.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Must complete CNA training and maintain CE.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with loading and unloading from facility vehicles.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and activities.
• Maintain interior and exterior of facility vehicles for safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance logs and arrange routine servicing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
