Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate vans/buses or transport vehicles for up to 8+ passengers or patients.
• Drive predetermined or scheduled routes to VA facilities, private facilities, or patient homes.
• Read maps and assess road conditions to determine safest routes.
• Enforce passenger safety and seatbelt use.
• Perform routine vehicle checks, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Record actions and incidents; communicate with dispatcher via radio.
• Other related duties as assigned.
