DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital is seeking a Transport role to support patient movement within the facility. Under supervision, you will escort patients by stretcher, wheelchair, or bed for treatment, testing, admission, discharge and transfers within the hospital.

The role includes delivering specimens, patient charts and related materials to designated departments, with on-the-job training provided. This position emphasizes reliable, compassionate service and teamwork in a hospital setting.

Competenze

• Ability to read, write, follow written and oral instructions.
• No previous related experience required; one to four weeks on-the-job training.

Mansioni

• Escort patients by stretcher, wheelchair or bed for treatment, testing, admitting, discharge and intra-hospital transfers.
• Deliver specimens, patient charts and various other patient-related materials to specified department or hospital area.
