Tenet Healthcare's DMC Harper University Hospital is seeking a Transporter to move patients and materials within the facility under general supervision. You will escort patients by stretcher, wheelchair, or bed for procedures, tests, admissions, or discharge, and handle accompanying documents as needed.

No previous related experience is required; on-the-job training of one to four weeks will be provided to learn policies and procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read, write, follow written and oral instructions.
• Perform general clerical functions related to the job.

Aufgaben

• Escort and transport patients within the hospital (stretcher, wheelchair, bed).
• Deliver specimens, patient charts, and related materials as requested.
• Assist with intra-hospital transfers and admissions/discharges as needed.
