• Implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; improving patient transportation processes.
• Informs family members of patient appointments upon request.
• Stay with patient at appointments to provide assistance upon request.
• Post appointments daily for staff and patients. Be available to answer questions regarding the appointment.
