Job summary

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is seeking a dedicated Driver to transport clients to appointments in Prescott Valley. This part-time, as-needed position reports to the Front Office Supervisor and requires self-motivation, scheduling, and map/directions skills.

We offer a role that uses a company vehicle and a schedule aligned with clinic hours, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours within operating times.

Qualifications

• Must be 22 years of age or older.
• Must possess a current, valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Must pass a 39 months Motor Vehicle Report.
• HS Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely transportation and maintain staff/client communications
• Assist consumers getting to and from the vehicle
• Maintain transportation log and daily documentation
• Obey all traffic laws and SBH policies
• Report client behavioral concerns to staff
• Operate and use the company-provided vehicle
