Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Active Indiana Driver’s License required.
• License requirements depend on vehicle size (Class C with passenger endorsement or Class E).
• No driver under 25 years old.
• Experience as a bus or van driver preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from activities, appointments, and events.
• Assist residents with boarding, seat belts, and mobility aids.
• Maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness, and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Complete required reports and scheduling documentation.
• Follow safety, infection control, and policy procedures; report hazards.
