Responsibilities
- Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
- Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, including schedules and arrival/departure times
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth transportation experience
- Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain knowledge of patient care and transportation protocols
