You’ll oversee operations, mentor emerging leaders, and drive efficiency and patient care improvements with cutting-edge Tele-Tracking technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of relevant transport or operations experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred (less than 2 years)

Responsibilities

• Manages the operations and integrates transport services throughout the hospital.
• Oversees the supervision of the transport department.
• Researches, evaluates, selects and implements systems which improve efficiency of work unit operations.
• Manages individuals including hiring, training, assigning work, managing and evaluating performance, and development plans.
