HHS is seeking a compassionate, results-driven leader to head our patient transport team. You will guide a goal-oriented department to move patients safely and efficiently, enabling clinical staff to focus on delivering excellent care and healing outcomes.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, monitor daily patient movement, and drive quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction while managing budgets and inventory in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a team in a healthcare or service environment.
• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• OSHA and Joint Commission familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to the patient transport team to meet objectives and deliver excellent service.
• Provide leadership that supports a team environment that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respect.
• Coordinate and monitor the daily movement of hospital patients throughout the facility.
• Demonstrate continuous ability to maintain and/or improve customer and patient satisfaction.
• Lead and manage team member recruiting, training, development, and assignments.
• Perform daily inspections and assessments and coach and counsel team members.
• Collaborate with department, facility, and company leadership to achieve goals.
• Analyze data and make adjustments to meet facility, budget, and compliance goals.
• Execute, maintain, and monitor quality control systems and budgets.
• Drive compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies.
• Control and manage inventories according to set budgets.
