Job summary

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is recruiting Health Technicians to support VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System in North Las Vegas, NV. Multiple shift schedules are available, with schedule changes at the direction of Ansible or its customers.

Responsibilities include patient transport, positioning, imaging support, emergency response, clerical duties, and EMR data entry. CPR/BLS capability and no sponsorship are required. On-site roles at 6900 N Pecos Rd.

Qualifications

CPR/BLS certification or capability.
Experience with Safe Patient Handling.
Ability to assist with patient transfers and mobility.
Experience with clerical support and patient record systems.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to retrieve and document information in the Veteran electronic medical record.
No sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

Transport patients via wheelchair, stretcher, medical bed, and other devices
Assist with patient positioning and imaging procedures
Respond to emergencies and perform CPR when indicated
Serve as patient observer when needed
Transport specimens and support patient care activities
Maintain imaging department safety, cleanliness, and supplies
Perform clerical duties, scheduling support, record management, and phone reception
Enter patient data into computerized systems and support PACS workflows
Support patients and families with guidance and assistance
