Responsibilities

• Documents all service activities accurately and timely.
• Maintain daily logs and records.
• Transport clients in agency vehicle to/from services.
• Monitor client safety including medical and behavioral needs.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained in safe condition.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
• Follow policies, procedures and regulations.
