Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean driving record (3 years).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years driving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must operate a smartphone to send updates.
• Insurable on company vehicle liability insurance.
• Ability to read and interpret written information.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high energy.
• Flexibility with schedule; on-call, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Pick-up and drop-off patients at airports or other locations, up to 10 hours round-trip.
• Navigate to locations in all weather, rerouting as needed.
• Transport patients to locations based on program participation or medical necessity.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, inspections, and transportation logs.
• Greet patients with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Apply de-escalation tactics as needed.
• Ensure safety regulations are met; vehicle equipped with safety kit.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams about patient status updates.
• Complete trainings and assessments as assigned.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior.
