Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Understands basic patient transport concepts and infection control basics.
• Determines dispatcher logic and coordinates transporter activities.
• Directs daily transport operations and monitors task completion.
• Ensures timely responses to requests according to department standards.
• Acts as liaison between Patient Transportation and other departments.
• Assigns pagers and monitors sign-in/out procedures.
• Develops positive relationships with patients, families, visitors and staff.
• Resolves problems and suggests solutions for recurring issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
