Oasis Nursing and Rehab of Green Valley is seeking a CDL Licensed Driver to transport patients safely to and from our skilled nursing facility. You will rely on clear communication and attention to detail to provide compassionate service to patients and their families.
Responsibilities include transporting patients, maintaining schedules and records, coordinating with healthcare staff, keeping vehicles clean per infection-control standards, and helping develop individualized transportation plans
Qualifications
- CDL license required.
- CPR certification required.
- Passenger endorsement desired.
Responsabilités
- Safely transport patients to and from our facility, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
- Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, mileage, and patient information
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff regarding transportation arrangements and any issues that may arise
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of our vehicles, adhering to infection control standards
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized transportation plans for our patients
