Responsibilities include clerical support, patient transportation, escorting, attending trainings, ensuring safety and proper vehicle maintenance, and cooperating with staff. A High School Diploma or GED and GPS proficiency are required, along with a clean driving record and 4+ years driving

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4 years driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency using GPS or navigation software.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws.

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support to counseling and case management staff, including filing, copying, letter writing, phone answering, and discharge chart updates.
• Provides transportation using company vehicles for patient transport, donations, pickups, and errands.
• Escort patients and monitor their safety.
• Attend in-service training and educational workshops.
• Attend required staff meetings and communicate with other staff about patient progress.
• Maintain professional conduct in dress, language, attitude, and behavior.
• Support agency philosophy and objectives; adhere to professional ethics and patient confidentiality.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicle; fuel as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
