Desert Care Network in Joshua Tree, CA is seeking a dedicated Transportation Aide to provide safe, timely transport for residents of the Hi-Desert Continuing Care Center. The role involves coordinating departures, maintaining cleanliness of vehicles, and communicating with caregiving staff to meet transport needs.

Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid California Driver’s license (Class C or higher), CNA certification, BLS certification, and clean DMV record.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year experience driving a twelve passenger van.
• Maintains current DMV licensure applicable in California.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services for residents of the Continuing Care Center.
• Coordinate routes and ensure safety and timely transport, potentially working split shifts.
