Trinity Health Livonia Campus is seeking a Patient Care Tech for the Surgical Unit. This part-time role supports RNs with direct patient care, assists with ADLs, and maintains a safe, clean environment for patients and families.
At least a high school diploma is required; one year of direct care or completion of CENA/PCT/MA/EMT programs is preferred. Shifts include 7:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00 with weekend/holiday requirements for some roles.

Minimum rate of pay: $16.29 PLUS DailyPAY
Under the direction of a registered nurse, the patient care technicianis responsible fordirect patient care considering age specific, developmental,culturaland spiritual needs. Demonstrates unit/area-designated competencies. Assists in establishing and maintaining a patient care environment that is clean, safe and conducive to patient/familywell beingincluding concepts ofrelationship basedcare.
Shifts Available: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am Status available: Full-time, Part-time, Contingent/PRN Every Other Weekend and 3 Holidays per year required for Full-time and Part-time team members.
Education High school diploma or GED. ExperiencePreferred minimum of one year ofpreviousdirect care experience (acute or long term)OR successful completion of CENA, PCT, MA, or EMT courseOR Student nurses must have completed their nursing fundamentals class of a BSN program.
