Job summary

Main Line Health in Media, PA is seeking a Patient Support Technician to transport patients safely and support nursing staff across the facility. The role requires reliable, compassionate care and the ability to read and write in English.

Hours are Monday–Friday 2:30pm–11:00pm, with every other weekend and rotating holidays. A High School Diploma or GED is required. PTO, free parking, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts are offered to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Healthcare facility experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required and ability to read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely and promptly throughout the facility.
• Assist nursing staff with transferring patients to and from wheelchairs and beds, including connection/disconnection of oxygen and other supplies/equipment as needed.

You will assist nursing staff with transferring patients to and from wheelchairs and beds including the connection/disconnection of oxygen and other supplies/equipment based on the patient needs.
