Job summary

Midwest Eye Consultants seeks a Patient Support Specialist to support our Midwest practices in the Toledo, Ohio region. This traveling, full-time, on-site position involves preparing patients and exam rooms, assisting with preliminary testing, and guiding patients through lens options to ensure a positive visit experience.

You will collect patient information and copays, support office staff, and provide empathetic patient service throughout each visit.

POSITION SUMMARY: Patient Support Specialists assist at various offices within their region, performing administrative and clinical functions including preparing patients and exam rooms for eye examinations, performing preliminary testing, advising patients on the best lens options for their needs, collecting necessary information for patient visits, collecting patient copays, and providing patient services throughout each patients' visit to ensure a positive experience.

WORK LOCATION: This is a traveling position. This person will support our Midwest practices in the Toledo, Ohio Region.
