Sprinter Health is seeking a Patient Support Specialist I to be the first voice for patients nationwide, delivering timely, compassionate assistance across channels. Qualifications

• 3+ years of patient services experience in healthcare.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and healthcare software.
• Experience coordinating with national labs such as Quest or Labcorp.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork across clinical and administrative teams.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining patient focus.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and high-quality care.

Responsabilités

• Field overnight questions and support requests from patients and partners.
• Respond to and triage inbound patient and partner questions via phone, email and SMS.
• Elevate questions and concerns to other teams for additional support as needed.
• Assist Field Support with real-time scheduling changes.
• Support clerical work before/after appointments to ensure care delivery.
• Contribute to process improvements and cross-training across departments.
