Amazing Care Pediatric Outpatient Therapy in Littleton, CO is hiring a full-time Patient Support Representative to provide excellent customer service at the front desk. You will handle scheduling, patient check-in, billing coordination, and communication with the clinic team, ensuring a respectful and empathetic patient experience.

The role requires at least 1–2 years of medical office receptionist experience, strong computer skills, and preference for bilingual (Spanish) applicants.

Qualifications

• Medical office receptionist experience with heavy scheduling emphasis.
• 1–2 years as a receptionist, preferably in a medical office.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft applications and Google Docs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer all incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collect co-pays and balance owed at the time of visit according to guidelines.
• Obtain complete and accurate patient information for billing and demographics.
• Schedule patients, greet and announce patients and visitors, and direct them as needed.
• Update patient registration information and maintain waiting areas.
• Work as part of a highly professional team and perform other duties as assigned.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Patient Support Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service and ensure that our patients are treated with respect and empathy, while also communicating professionally and clearly with the clinic team in our Littleton, CO location. This person will serve as a front desk receptionist and have immense opportunity to grow in both skill‑set and career.

Location: 9200 W Cross Dr #120, Littleton, CO 80123

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• 40-hours Per Week

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet incoming patients in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer all incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner.

• Collect co-pays and balance owed at the time of visit in accordance with patient insurance guidelines.

• Obtain complete and accurate information from the patient for billing and demographics purposes.

• Schedule patients, greet and announce patients and visitors, and direct them as needed.

• Update patient registration information.

• Keep waiting and patient areas clean and tidy throughout the clinic.

• Work effectively as part of a highly professional team.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Medical office receptionist experience with heavy scheduling, at least 1-2 years.
• 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical office.

• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma or High School Equivalency required.

• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft applications and Google Docs.

• Demonstrated ability to be courteous and respectful when interacting with patients and family members.

• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with policy and procedure and HIPAA requirements.

• Attention to detail.

• EMR experience is preferred.

• Understanding of medical insurance is preferred.
