Responsibilities include contacting patients, assisting with scheduling, closing referral loops, and supporting insurance authorizations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of experience in the healthcare field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals, vendors and patients.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients lost to care via phone, letter or portal to encourage return to care.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and reminders to ensure timely care.
• Close referral loop by obtaining reports and entering results in EMR.
• Track outreach to prenatal care patients until delivery.
• Assist with risk assessments and share results with case managers and providers.
• Complete forms for insurance prior authorizations and medical supplies.
