Job summary

Endeavor Health in Bannockburn, IL is seeking a Patient Support Assistant to join our medical office team. The role handles front-desk duties, phone calls, patient registration, co-pay collection and appointment scheduling to keep the physician practice running smoothly.

This Full-Time position requires a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, and basic insurance knowledge. Flexible hours and occasional travel to other locations help support our operational needs.

Hourly Pay Range: $18.38 - $26.65 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Patient Support Assistant
• Location: Bannockburn, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM
• Required Location: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification: N/A
• Experience: One year of related experience is required; previous administrative experience working in a medical office is preferred; Insurance knowledge preferred
