Job summary

US Fertility, a national network of fertility centers, seeks a Patient Services Representative in Glen Mills, PA. You will welcome patients, handle calls, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate information and courteous service for every patient. The role supports a growing network dedicated to compassionate care.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM ET, joining a team focused on excellence, empathy, and patient outcomes across our centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; associates degree or business school diploma is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position.
• Knowledge of office procedures and office machines (computer, fax, copier, etc.).
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors to the office.
• Answer and assist all incoming telephone calls.
• Schedule appointments using a computerized scheduling system and conduct follow-up calls when necessary.
• Provide timely and accurate information and quality customer service to incoming patient inquiries.
• Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, financial, and insurance information.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Patient Services Representative to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM Eastern Time
