Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Work Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service
• Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal and Writing/Composing capabilities

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls for patient/general information.
• Review hospital census and provide caller with appropriate department or patient room contact.
• Activate Facility, Medical, and Security alerts per policy and procedures
• Page personnel as needed and schedule or transfer calls to appropriate staff
• Provide help desk support for My Health users and assist with e-visit scheduling
