Job summary

Cleveland Clinic in Akron, OH is seeking a Temporary Student Worker to gain hands-on experience while supporting administrative, clerical, patient service and operational tasks in a healthcare setting.

The role covers shifts 8:00am–4:30pm or 11:00am–8:00pm, may float between locations, and requires 1–2 evenings and 2 weekends per quarter to fit around school schedules.

You will work with a team of caregivers to maintain files and databases and participate in improvement activities.

A caregiver in this position works 8:00am to 4:30pm or 11:00am to 8:00pm at Akron Medical Office Building. This role will float between locations as needed. Further requirements include covering 1-2 evenings per week and 2 weekend per quarter. This is a full-time role that will work around your school schedule.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires occasional computer entry, sitting, standing and walking to attend meetings.
• Normal or corrected vision, hearing and speech.

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $15.00

Maximum hourly: $150.00
