Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and handle complex patient/customer inquiries with high discernment.
• Perform administrative tasks: scheduling, referrals, in-office procedures, record review, and template management.
• Verify insurance authorizations or assist with denials/appeals.
• Handle EMR/EHR scanning and EPIC uploading.
• Train new team members using standard work.
• Occasionally cover Patient Services Associate role if needed.
• Engage in safety initiatives and complete required competencies.
