Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or other related fields.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and solve complex patient/customer issues with high discernment.
• Schedule patient appointments, referrals, procedures, surgeries, tests, and review medical records.
• Obtain prior authorizations and assist with denials/appeals.
