UW Medical Center is seeking a Patient Services Specialist 3 in the Radiology Services department for a full-time day shift. The position includes a remote option within a 2-hour commute to UW Tower and is located in Seattle, WA.

You will handle phone triage, scheduling of provider and ancillary services, gather patient demographics and financial/clinical information, and collaborate with clinic staff to deliver exceptional care and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Two years of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR an equivalent combination of education/experience.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS
  • High school graduation or equivalent AND
  • Two years of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR
  • An equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration
