Job summary

The University of Washington Medical Center - Radiology Services in Seattle seeks a Patient Services Specialist 3 to support patients, providers and staff with efficient communications and scheduling. This full-time days role includes day shift hours, a 2-hour remote commute requirement, and a path to professional growth.

You will collect patient demographics and financial and clinical information, triage calls, and coordinate appointments while collaborating across the clinic team to deliver

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Two years of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience.
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
