Quipt Home Medical, Corp. is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Michigan. You will be the primary contact for patients, caregivers, referrals, and commercial accounts, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with courtesy and accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, basic insurance knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will greet visitors, manage calls, and support deliveries and documentation across locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous clerical or customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic office tasks.
• Neat appearance with professional interpersonal skills and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from patients, caregivers, referrals, and commercial accounts via phone, in person, or online.
• Verify insurance and eligibility; assist with third-party billing when applicable.
• Process orders accurately, input data into the system, and manage paperwork.
• Direct visitors, answer calls with a professional greeting, and route to appropriate staff.
• Explain equipment use and provide instructional materials to customers.
