Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging, LLC in Hurst, TX, is seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative to deliver compassionate front-desk support in a busy medical imaging practice. You will schedule exams, verify authorizations, and assist patients with check-in and billing inquiries.

The role is full-time with Mon-Fri 10:30am–7:00pm and rotating Saturdays. We offer premium base pay, monthly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits to attract dedicated team players.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years experience in medical office setting or hospital.
• Ability to handle heavy patient volume.
• Strong customer service and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for diagnostic exams and procedures.
• Assist with authorization and verifications.
• Check in / out patients.
• Answer multiple phone lines.
• Provide accurate and complete information to billing office.
• Insurance verification.
• Ensure accuracy of patient data entered into system.
• Process requests and filing of patient records.
