• Three (3) years total customer-facing experience acceptable in lieu of medical office experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative coverage for patient service functions at check-out.
• Record encounter forms and balances; process outstanding balances and payments.
• Schedule return visits and end-of-day procedures; balance daily work.
