Job summary

Superior Health Consulting is seeking a motivated full-time Patient Services Representative to join our team and help deliver exceptional patient care in a busy clinic. You will perform detailed medical record reviews, conduct ANS and EKG testing, and accurately document assessments in the electronic health record while communicating clearly with providers and team members.

You will also assist Medical Assistants to support smooth clinic operations and patient flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Positive, patient-friendly attitude.
• Comfortable working in a busy clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed medical record reviews of patient charts.
• Conduct ANS and EKG testing.
• Accurately transcribe and document assessments into the electronic health record.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with providers and team members.
• Assist Medical Assistants as needed to support smooth clinic operations.
