Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak a second language, preferably Vietnamese.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• High School Graduate or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner.
• Check in patients; verify demographic and insurance information at time of check-in.
• Assist new patients with necessary paperwork and collect insurance information.
• Direct patients to appropriate staff to update charges or make financial arrangements.
• Communicate scheduling details with clinical staff and collect co-pays or balances.
• Batch and balance daily transactions and complete end-of-shift reports.
