Qualifications

• Two years of customer engagement experience or service-centered role.
• Experience with healthcare front-office processes (registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, medical records).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within timelines.
• Knowledge of insurance types: Medi-Cal, Medicare, Managed Care, Indemnity, Workers' Compensation.
