• High school diploma or equivalent (Medical Admin certificate a plus).
• 1+ year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a busy environment.
• Experience with EMR software, EPIC preferred.
• Willingness to travel to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front-office operations with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Manage patient and business documentation with confidentiality.
• Verify insurance benefits and discuss billing policies.
• Determine and collect patient financial responsibility.
• Support clinic workflow and assist the practice manager as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance in daily processes.
• Travel to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as required.
