You will greet patients, collect payments, manage calls, assist with forms, verify insurance, document in the EHR, and coordinate with care teams while upholding HIPAA

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly valued.
• Comfort managing competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and learning software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Collect service payments and reconcile daily transactions
• Manage incoming calls and route them accurately to the right teams
• Guide patients through clinic policies and assist with forms
• Verify and document insurance benefits and coverage in patient charts
• Log interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Coordinate with care teams on schedule changes and patient flow
• Handle filing, scanning, and faxing to support clinic operations
• Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality
