Location: Remote

Job Summary:

This incumbent is responsible for sustaining an environment of intrinsic goodwill for the practice while providing optimum services to patients and visitors. This position will float between various departments as needed.

Required Qualifications:

1. 1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare registration.
2. A track record in organizing and planning with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. H.S. Diploma or GED
2. Coursework/Training: Some college level coursework, particularly Medical Terminology or Medical Assistance.
3. National Certification of CHAA upon hire.
4. Admitting Representative and third-party payor experience.
