• 2-5 years experience in front desk/clerical roles.
• Experience in medical office settings preferred.
• Experience handling basic billing and patient communications.

Responsabilités

• Answers telephone calls from patients and staff; redirects calls as needed.
• Performs receptionist duties with professionalism and accuracy.
• Verifies patient information and collects payments when applicable; records data.
• Enters service charges and diagnostic codes; processes physician charges.
• Coordinates with Central Billing Office to ensure charges are captured.
