Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and check-in/check-out patients, families, and visitors.
• Accurately collect and verify demographic, insurance, and clinical data.
• Coordinate initial evaluations and scheduling for multi-disciplinary care.
• Handle calls from insurers and care managers to coordinate care.
• Collect payments, provide receipts, and offer financial guidance.
• Respond to inquiries and support Scheduling and Patient Financial Services staff.
