Position Description

This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation ofthe clinic patient flow and serving as the primary contact forpatients. Responsible for scheduling appointments, preparingnecessary paperwork before the patient visits, receiving patients,and maintaining records. In addition, this position is responsiblefor processing charges for clinic services, filing insuranceclaims, responding to requests for information from patients andinsurance companies and maintaining related information for thedepartment. Employees may have cash-handlingresponsibilities.

Major/Essential Functions

Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally providingexceptional patient services.

Verifies insurance eligibility through third-party website andcompany systems.

Coordinates scheduling and communicates effectively with front-endstaff and clinical teams to support efficient. patient flow.

Maintain patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPPA regulations,privacy standard, and company policies when handling patientinformation.

Follows call center guidelines, matrix requirements, policies, andprocedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
